I like the concept, but not the final product. What sounds like a pretty cool game is really a choppy, slow moving though at many times fun experience.

It starts out with what would seem like a good story, suddenly stops after the first level, and doesn't go into any characters or a personal villain.

The graphics are blurry and choppy; they seem more like that of a Playstation. Even the visual effects and reflections move downhill once the game is taken into full gear.

The controls are easy to learn, and simple even once you earn tons of weapons! The only downfall is that the cars in the game slide too much, leaving them much too far out of your control. The machine guns are hard to aim, and bullets go through cars and over them; realistic; eh? The incredibly dumb A.I. allows you to run right over them.

The sound is unclear and gritty. The band Saliva revises the "Theme Song from Peter Gunn", the song used in the first "Spy Hunter".

The first "Spy Hunter" was an arcade game, and I think the sequel should be as well. Even if the levels are easy, and there are few of them, I still find the game fun at times. The game is benefited by adding cheats; you get a cheat if you beat a level in a short amount of time.

"Its fun while it lasts..."
