I don’t watch much broadcast TV, especially during the summer, but every year I find myself addicted to the wonderfully corny likes of “Big Brother”. This season, it’s the all-star edition and each Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday, I find myself glued to the screen. Not to mention the regular attention that I pay to the Live Feeds at Reel.com or my constant check up on what’s going on at HamsterWatch.com.
This week, week four for the houseguests, Janelle is HoH and things may about to fall into a whirlwind, depending on her nominations. Dr. Will and the rest of ChillTown seem to be working her well, desperately trying to take the targets out of their backs. I think it may work; never underestimate Will’s snakiness. Still, my allegiance ultimately lies with S-6 and wants Janelle to stay with her fellow season-mates, if only because of my intense admiration for James, the best player in “Big Brother” history.
Still, if it were James or Will going home, I’d almost pick the former. The latter has been incessantly entertaining this year; his snarky self-infatuation and priceless “I Hate You All!” speech at last week’s veto ceremony make him impossible to dislike. I don’t remember much about his season, #2, but through flashbacks and his current gameplay, I’ve come to be engaged by his game nearly as much as the famed S-6 strategist.
Janelle’s Predicted Nominations: Erika (targeted) and Will (as a pawn). (Chilltown would like it to be George & Will at this point, but I think that, in disrespecting S-6’s thought to put up Will & Boogie, Janelle will feel obligated to not take out George, who is now respected by her alliance. The original plan to take out floaters should persist).
Predicted Veto-Winner: Janelle; she won’t change her nominations, unless she ends up going against S-6 in making her nominations and then realizing she made a mistake. Fat chance, though. If she doesn’t end up going with them originally–I don’t think she will–then she likely won’t change.
Predicted Houseguest Going “Home”: Erika. She’s sitting around the most of anyone these days.
But, goddamnit, someone take out Danielle. She’s getting on my nerves already.
