When I walked into this movie I thought I was in for a teeny-bopping chick-flick disaster. But, I was very, very wrong. This movie is what film is all about, you can stretch the truth for the benefit of happiness. If this were a true story, the couple would not be able to handle themselves, divorce within two months, and the girl would end up pregnant at eighteen. But luckily, this does not happen in this movie, A Walk to Remember is a wonderfully tasteful adaptation Nicholas Sparks novel. I liked it, I liked it a lot.

The repetition was used for a reason, and that reason is so two incidences, from different parts of the movie could connect. This worked wonderfully for me, but I will admit the enjoyability level of this will very from person to person.
I liked this movie, but somehow I don't think a lot of people will stand with me, judging by the way it's gotten panned by just about every critic on the face of the earth. Definitely give it a try, its worth the rental fare. A Walk To Remember has potential likeability, even if you're not in the targeted group. Try it, you might be surprised.
