Update for Monday, April 14, 2003

Yes, there will be a Haunted Mansion movie staring Eddie Murphy, Jennifer Tilly, Don Knotts, and Marsha Thomason. This movie is based on the Haunted Mansion ride at Disneyland but Rob Minkoff (Director) wants to see this movie as a whole and not just a ride. He quotes "I've been going to Disneyland forever and I've been on that ride so many times. I've always said to myself, 'Wouldn't this make a cool movie?' but come on I mean Eddie Murphy, I think this thing would be much cooler if it was scary, not like a Exorcist, but scary for kids. I don't want this to turn into one big comedy. This movie is set for 2003 TBA. Here is a link to an official website http://disney.go.com/disneypictures/hauntedmansion/ Here is the official Teaser poster...

Spiderman 2 has started filming. We have a few pictures. The first one is of Alfred Molina (Doctor Octopus) with his wife Donna Murphy (Rosalie Octavius). Our second picture is Tobey Maguire (Spider-Man) on a pay phone. I wonder how that will play in the film. Our third and last picture is none only than Doctor Conners AKA The Lizard, played by Dylan Baker. Notice (as in the comics and TV show) Dr. Connors only has one arm. I wonder if when he tries to grow it back we will see the lizard (highly unlikely) but a possibility.

Bucket Reviews now has the new hysterical Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd poster, this one is a must see. It kind of reminds me of the first Dumb and Dumber poster. Do these kids not look identical to Jim Carey and Jeff Daniels?

We'll be looking out for a second teaser...

...which will surely be amusing.

Mike Myers looks almost identical to the Cat in the Hat in these photos but can we really trust him to the play the Cat in the Hat after all of the dirty Austin Powers movies. The make up is awesome. I guess the movie business is running out of ideas so they have to result to all of the old Dr. Suess books. First its The Grinch, now its The Cat in The Hat, what's next Hop On Pop. Well anyway here are some pictures...

Word is out that there will be a new Jetsons movie set for TBA 2004/2005. It will be based off of the old cartoon. Not much has been said about it except it will be live action, the studio will be Warner Bros., and the director will be Adam Shankman. We can only hope this will not be another Scooby Doo!
